Hush, I need to take a photo
Coming to you is my presbytic motto
A moment comes rarely and goes like a fire fly
Like there's something eternal conspiring never denied
This beautiful youth flying like a bullet of mayflower
Bittersweet awareness inside my own ephemeral tower
Let me save some photos for my older self
So he won't forget I was happy and myself
A heartbreak, solitude and betrayals
Yet I powered through and survived like a prince
That it was all worth it, and it all worked out
Man, life was tough so far like tales of epic quests
Why would I not perform the duties of a guest
Leaving the house clean at your request
I am going to a seminary in a month. What have I become?
Do I have good terms with God?
Did I marry over there? Does my wife feel safe and happy?
Do I have kids? How many? Are they happy?
Is my church okay?
Do I have a purpose?
If not, I better be because I am God's hero on the mission
I can't meet Him empty-handed
We will win at the end
So soldier no fear
Remember, we march on the Victory Road
Remember, God knows everything, including your tears and hard times
Remember, at the end, we will be compensated. Yes, fully compensated.
